3 days in the jungle, no social networks, no Internet and no pressure.
I remember myself many years ago, standing on the top floor of the apartment building and thinking about the hurts I encountered in love and work. That was the third time I stood high and looked down at the cold ground with unconscious thoughts.
A day later, instead of continuing to talk to the air, I was in the forest with an empty head. At the invitation of my friends, I leave all the chaos behind to go to nature, no work, no social networks, no toxic inspirational and depressing content. The grass, flowers and leaves have embraced me, with every step, every touch of dew on the leaves, my soul has never been healed like that.
I'm sure everyone has heard "planting trees to protect the environment". We always try to patch up the wounds of nature that we are the ones who caused it, and I think that taking care of trees is not only to keep the environment clean but also a way to make us feel less mistakes and also heal our trauma.
