Your satisfaction is important to us at Gleam Mirth. While we do not offer returns, we understand that receiving a faulty product can be disappointing. We offer refunds for any products found to be faulty upon arrival.
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at hello@gleammirth.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a detailed description of the fault, and any relevant photographs. Upon verifying the fault, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
